One of the most chronic disease is diabetes, it is a top cause of death that is killing millions every year. The sad thing about diabetes is it has no cure, no medical claim had ever achieved finding a cure for diabetes. They only manage to reduce the symptoms and lessen the gravity of the effect of Diabetes, there are claims of diabetic natural treatment on the market, we just have to try which treatment would best suit our lifestyle.

It is vital for a diabetes patient to understand the symptoms of the sickness, these can prolong his or her life eventually. Some of the common symptoms of diabetes have impaired vision, wherein you can no longer see clearly. It may seem that it is an eye malfunction but it is a common symptom of diabetes. It is essential that you watch your sugar intake once this symptom occurs, it is an implication that you have abnormal sugar levels.

One of the worst form of Diabetes is diabetic neuropathy, wherein the damage extends all throughout the nerves. Most common is numbness wherein you may feel nothing even pain, hotness and coldness. It is best to seek medical help when this symptom occurs because this situation may lead to painful incidents and even death, understanding your sickness will be a great aid in accepting the fact that there are things that you do before that you can no longer do now, like drinking and smoking.

It is our responsibility to discipline ourselves so as not to trigger other complications like UTI, strokes and even high blood pressure. Since diabetes is a complicated disease, it is best that you follow the physician’s advice and follow them strictly.

Diabetes is connected to neuropathy in so many ways that a certified medical doctor can only explain, it is imperative that we watch our food intake and stress. One miscalculation could lead to tragic accidents like stroke, coma and the worse death. It is better that while we are still young we should watch our diet and exercise strictly to avoid diseases during the old age.

Understanding Neuropathy

Neuropathy is a very serious disease that needs understanding to be able to gain a positive reaction against neuropathy symptoms. It is quite painful since it greatly affects the nerves and therefore affects our movement, sensation and perception. It is very hard to find a suitable cure because pinpointing the cause of the pain is a problem as well. It is said that no neuropathy is the same, meaning patients experience pain that is different from other patients as well. It is vital that a patient have family members to support them because neuropathy is very hard to fight alone.

It is very hard to find a cure because no incidents are exactly the same and some damage to the nerves are sad to say are permanent. There are some treatments which can help reduce the pain but there is no assurance that the it would cure neuropathy once and for all. Another thing is it is not an assurance that it be effective for all other patients, one may work for a patient but it is not a guarantee that it will work for everyone.

Having positive emotions is a great way to reduce the symptoms from ever occurring. Numbness and incapability to move is some of the symptoms along with pins and needle pain is also expected. To get a positive atmosphere each of the family members must play a part in ensuring that the patient is treated well. Any strenuous activity can trigger the pain so it is important that the patient would refrain himself from such activities.

Hot compress can also help in minimizing the pain, rubbing a towel towards the painful part can also lessen the pain. It is vital that the patient must have a hot shower before going into bed because it will relax the nerves. Having a good night sleep is also important so that the patient could relax and rest. It is a must that the patient must have a supportive family to help her recovery, a chaotic family and the environment might trigger constant nerve pain attacks so it is vital that the patient must live in a comfortable atmosphere.

The Effects of our Unhealthy Lifestyle

Our body is the temple of God that is why we should take good care of our bodies. Diseases are the results of our carefree lifestyle, it is these lifestyle that we are slowly destroying our body. We should be more vigilant because most of the products nowadays have chemicals that is harmful to the body gradually. These chemicals might not harm us on our first take but the more we used the chemical it is slowly accumulating in our bodies making us very sick. These chemicals are making us intoxicated making our body incapable of functioning well.

One of the main functions of the body is to break down fats, if these functions are not done well it will result to obesity which in turn will bring out more harmful complications like diabetic neuropathy which is a very serious disease. Our liver is responsible for the function of breaking down fats if the liver is clogged with chemicals it loses its ability to break down fats which if untreated will evolve to a more serious disease.

In our lifestyle, it is a requirement that we socialize every once in a while. These social gatherings will not complete without smokes and drinks. This drinks and smoke if done permanently can again harm our central nervous system that may in turn lead to neuropathy or nerve pain. It should be kept in kind that it is a very serious disease that should not be taken for granted.

It is up to us to take care of our body, it is better that we do prevent this sickness from ever occurring because it might become a serois sickness sooner or later. Hospital bills are quite expensive nowdays so we better prevent this sickness by enjoying a more careful lifestyle. A careful lifestyle does not forbid us from drinking and eating but it should be controlled. Too much eating and drinking is very harmful to the body, we should learn to eat properly and eat enough. After all we are aonly given one body so we better take good care of this body, because we never know when our time is up.
